Singapore becoming Hollywood player

Singapore is busy building up its media infrastructure.

It is already home to visual effects houses which contribute their expertise to big Hollywood blockbusters.

Talking Movies' Tom Brook has been looking at the production services the city-state is offering the film world - and hears from at least one local filmmaker who thinks the emphasis should be more on story development than production capability.
