Baftas 2014: Stars talk to BBC on red carpet

The nominees for this year's Bafta film awards have spoken to the BBC on the red carpet.

Actors Leonardo DiCaprio, Bradley Cooper and Dame Judi Dench and directors Steve McQueen and David O. Russell were among the stars heading for the ceremony at London's Royal Opera House.

Dame Helen Mirren, however, was the only one to know she would definitely be receiving a prize.

The actress is this year's recipient of the Bafta fellowship.
