Tom Cruise becomes a film magazine 'legend'

Tom Cruise is a 'legend of our lifetime', according to the Empire film awards.

He was just one of a handful of Hollywood A-listers who made it to the movie magazine's annual bash.

Les Miserables star Hugh Jackman was handed an 'icon' prize, Emma Thompson was named best actress and Arnold Schwarzenegger received the 'action hero of a lifetime' award.
