Actors perform favourite Shakespeare

To mark the 450th birthday of William Shakespeare, BBC Newsnight invited a number of actors to perform favourite extracts from the playwright's works.

Watch David Harewood perform Iago's monologue from Othello, Ralph Fiennes perform sonnet 129, Tom Hollander read the opening lines from Richard III and Helen Mirren read from Antony and Cleopatra.

Dame Harriet Walter performs her choice on Tuesday's BBC Newsnight at 2230 on BBC Two.
