A tour of the UK's biggest comic collection
Comics Unmasked: Art and Anarchy in the UK is, according to the British Library, the largest ever exhibition of mainstream and underground comics to be staged in the UK.
Split into different sections such as politics and mischief and mayhem, organisers hope the collection will celebrate the impact British comic writers and artists have had on the international scene.
The oldest exhibit dates back as far as 1470, and the show is a mixture of findings from the British Library's permanent collection and especially donated material.
Co-curator John Harris Dunning guides a tour of the comic extravaganza.
