Young Afghans bring music to UK

After growing up in a country torn apart by conflict, a group of young students visiting Britain for the first time will offer a glimpse of a more hopeful side of Afghanistan.

They are all pupils from the country's only music school, the Afghan National Institute of Music, in Kabul.

A rich variety of traditional instruments, among them rubabs, tanbars and sitars, will sing out as they perform at two concerts taking place at the Southbank Centre in London.

The BBC's Rebecca Jones, has been to meet the young musicians.
