Stars arrive for Band Aid 30 recording

Stars including Bono, One Direction, and Ed Sheeran have arrived in West London to record a new version of 1984's Band Aid Christmas single.

The organisers Bob Geldof and Midge Ure have re-written the song to focus on the Ebola crisis in West Africa and funds raised from the recording will go towards the fight against the disease.

Arriving at the studio, One Direction's Niall Horan said it was "a privilege" to be invited to take part.
