Clint Eastwood on new film American Sniper

Clint Eastwood has been talking about why he made his latest film, American Sniper, as the film receives its US premiere.

The film tells the real-life story of Chris Kyle - who was a US Navy Seal sniper who was responsible for 160 kills during his career.

Eastwood said he wanted to find out about what Kyle felt about his work - and how he balanced it with his family.
