Back to Ghana: The final song featuring Stormzy and Jojo Abot

BBC's Focus on Africa and Radio 1Xtra have brought together some of the Ghanaian artistic diaspora to create a song.

All the artists are of Ghanaian origin but live in other countries, and had not worked together previously.

Jojo Abot is a singer who lives in New York, Stormzy, is a rap and grime MC, grew up in Croydon and Jay Vades, a music producer, hails from east London.

All three travelled to Ghana and worked on a song together, a project coordinated by 1Xtra DJ Twin B.
