Clarkson return 'cannot be ruled out'

Jeremy Clarkson's return to the BBC is not something that can be ruled out in the future, according to the BBC's creative director Alan Yentob.

Speaking to Emily Maitliss on BBC Newsnight, he said Clarkson's departure was a "sad day" for the corporation.

However he supported the corporation's decision not to renew the presenter's contract following a verbal and physical attack on one of Top Gear's producers.
