Artists on stage for BBC Music Day

Thousands of musicians and singers have been performing across the UK as part of the BBC's first Music Day.

The event is intended to bring people together through their love of music.

Radio 2's Ken Bruce show broadcast live from BBC at the Quay in Glasgow, with guests including singer-songwriter James Bay and Midge Ure.
