BBC plans services for Russia, North Korea and Middle East

The BBC will provide new services for North Korea, Russia and the Middle East, as it negotiates its future ahead of the renewal of the Royal Charter next year.

BBC director general Tony Hall says the corporation will become an "open BBC for the internet age".
