Migrants' story told in feature film
The migrant experience has been brought to the big screen with the feature film Mediterranea.
It charts the harrowing journey of two close friends from Burkina Faso in Africa to Italy - they are robbed by bandits, endure a harrowing journey across the Mediterranean, and find a less than friendly welcome at their destination.
The film's director wants his picture to humanise migrants who often appear as anonymous statistics in news reports.
Talking Movies' Tom Brook reports.
