Mystery works: Buying art by subscription

From make-up to chocolate, recipe ingredients to children's craft, subscription boxes are growing in popularity.

Subscribers pay a monthly fee and in return receive a box though the post, the contents of which are a surprise.

It might be a nice way to try new food, but would you want to get the art for your home this way?

Graphic designer Alina Sandu thinks so, and created a subscription box delivering original work by the local artists of her adopted home in Norwich.
