How the Queen and her corgis helped David Nott deal with PTSD

Vascular and war surgeon David Nott has told BBC Radio 4's Desert Island Discs how the Queen helped him during a lunch at Buckingham Palace.

He told Kirsty Young how the monarch noticed he was traumatised after returning from Aleppo, Syria.

Asking if she could help, they then spent 20 minutes feeding her corgis.
