Cressida Cowell wrote all 12 How To Train Your Dragon books in her garden shed.

Cressida Cowell started writing her How To Train Your Dragon books when her first daughter was a baby.

Now that daughter is leaving home and with the publication of The Incomplete Book of Dragons in paperback, Cowell is quitting the world of vikings and fire breathing creatures.

Before she ventures into other worlds however, Cowell has given the BBC a tour of the shed, where she created the land of Hiccup, Toothless and their viking and fire breathing friends.
