Mick Jagger's autobiography he couldn't recall writing
One of Britain's greatest rock stars Sir Mick Jagger, wrote his autobiography in the 1980s but when contacted by a publisher, couldn't remember having written it and declined to have published.
The memoir was handed to publisher John Blake three years ago. On BBC Radio's 4 PM programme he described the manuscript as being "a very sweet affectionate memoir".
It describes how Sir Mick felt about performing and how "he loved it when Keith Richards had a solo so that he could go backstage for a pee".
