Actor Sir Ian McKellen won't be drawn on whether Kevin Spacey should act again

Sir Ian McKellen has refused to be drawn on whether he thinks Kevin Spacey should act again.

The actor did however say on the Today programme that Spacey "was a gay man, pretending not to be" and that he found that "pretty distasteful".

"You will run into problems if you lie, pretend," he said.
