Eurovision 2023: Ukrainian LGBT soldiers inspired by song contest
As the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest in 2022, Ukraine is guaranteed a place in this year's final in Liverpool on 13 May.
This year Ukraine is represented by the Nigerian-Ukrainian pop duo TVORCHI, and when they take to the stage, it will be a moment to savour for Ukraine's LGBT troops.
And for so many on the frontlines, the competition could bring much-needed light relief from the horror of war.
