NHS 'listening exercise' launched to stem criticism

Plans to reorganise the NHS in England and Wales will be examined by a panel of health experts in an initiative launched today.

Prime Minister David Cameron insisted he was not taking "risks with the NHS" as he, Deputy PM Nick Clegg and Health Secretary Andrew Lansley gave details of the two-month "listening exercise".
