Social care in UK in crisis, says Age UK

Hundreds of thousands of older people in England who need social care are not getting any support from the state or private sector, according to campaign group Age UK.

The group says 800,000 people are excluded from the system and the figure is set to top £1m within four years.

Age UK's director, Michelle Mitchell, told the BBC the system is in crisis.
