Under-25s cervical cancer tests 'unprocessed'

There is no longer routine cervical cancer screening for women aged under 25 in England, following changes in the rules made in 2003.

As Newsnight's Anna Adams reports, the result has been a chaotic situation in which many young women's tests are left unprocessed, even though cases of cervical cancer in women in their late 20s are on the rise.
