Breastfeeding Time magazine cover divides opinion

The new edition of Time magazine has gone on sale and and its cover has divided opinion. It shows Jamie Lynne Grumet, a mother from California, breastfeeding her three-year-old son.

While Grumet, the magazine's publishers and breastfeeding organisations have backed it, it has provoked an angry reaction online.

Joanna Moorhead from the Guardian says the real issue is mothers stopping breastfeeding too early.
