Stafford Hospital: 'There needs to be accountability' - nurse
The health secretary, Jeremy Hunt, says police should look at the evidence from the public inquiry into failings at Stafford Hospital.
His comment follow the publication of the Francis report which made nearly 300 recommendations aimed at changing the culture among healthcare staff.
Helene Donnelly, who worked as a staff nurse in the casualty department at Stafford Hospital, raised concerns about patient care over a six-year period.
She said: "As a nurse who saw some terrible things, there needs to be accountability".
