NHS staff in privatisation fears in England

A group that represents more than 200,000 health workers in the UK has written to the government to express concern about privatisation in the NHS in England.

The Academy of Medical Royal Colleges has said that exposing more of the NHS to private competition could cause a "dangerous" fragmentation of health services.

A Department of Health spokesperson said they were working to address the "concerns" of clinicians. Branwen Jeffreys reports.
