Ex-ANC member Julius Malema's house sold to pay taxes

A mansion belonging to former African National Congress Youth League leader, Julius Malema, has been auctioned for more than $650k (£420k).

South African authorities had seized two of Mr Malema's houses, a farm and a small holding, to pay his tax arrears.

The unfinished house in Johannesburg features a cinema room and a cigar lounge.

Mr Malema was expelled from the ANC in 2012 for insubordination.

The BBC's Milton Nkosi reports.
