Welsh government votes for 'presumed organ consent'

Controversial Welsh government plans for a system of presumed consent for organ donation have been voted through by assembly members.

The system means everyone is deemed to be a willing organ donor when they die, unless they opt out beforehand.

The aim of the Bill is to increase the number of organs available from Wales, potentially by 25%.
