China the highest number of diabetics in the world

A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association suggests 114 million adults are living with diabetes in China - the highest number of diabetics in the world.

That is almost %12 of the adult population, a higher proportion than the US.

It is believed changing diet and lifestyles in China are to blame as John Sudworth reports.
