Venezuelan bikers put the brakes on bad driving

Venezuela has one of the worst road accident rates in the world, and motorcycles are a particular problem.

Bikers have a bad reputation for making the roads dangerous for everyone else - an estimated 80% of crashes here involve a motorbike.

But now they are trying to clean up their image as menaces of the road.

The recent Week of the Biker saw groups from all over the country coming together in the name of safety.

Daniel Pardo reports from the capital, Caracas.
