Italian Caesarean adoption branded 'brutal'
A lawyer for an Italian woman forced to undergo a Caesarean section and give her baby up for adoption has criticised her treatment at the hands of British authorities.
The baby was taken into the care of Essex County Council social services.
Stefano Oliva said such treatment might be expected in "Hitler's Germany or North Korea", but not in an EU country.
