Obesity report a 'wake-up call'

A report detailing the quadrupling of the number of obese and overweight people in developing countries since 1980 should be a "wake-up call", its author says.

Kevin Watkins, who wrote the report for the Overseas Development Institute, says there is no single factor to blame for the increase in obesity, but that governments should be bolder in tackling the crisis.
