Daily aspirin 'cuts bowel and stomach cancer deaths'

British researchers say aspirin could reduce the risk of developing - or dying from - certain types of cancer.

The Queen Mary University of London report has looked into the preventive use of the drug, which is better known for helping to relieve headache symptoms.

The study recommends people aged 50 and above in the UK talk to their doctor about taking a small daily dose.
