Woman finds kidney donor after placing ad in local paper

A woman who found a kidney donor after placing an advertisement in her local paper has been speaking about her appeal.

Sally-Anne Grainger, who has also had a double lung transplant, was undergoing intensive dialysis when she decided to take action.

Ten people responded to her plea - and one, Wesley Joyce, was a perfect match, as Michele Paduano reports.
