American aid worker Nancy Writebol contracted Ebola while treating patients at a hospital in Liberia with her husband David.

She was flown back to the United States for treatment and recovered.

The BBC's Alastair Leithead has been speaking to the Writebols and hearing about the moment she found out that she had the virus.
