Sierra Leone boy: 'I've lost five members of my family'

The World Health Organization is to "ramp up" efforts to prevent Ebola spreading beyond the three countries in West Africa most affected by the deadly virus.

In Geneva, the WHO's Dr Nutall said the transmission of the virus remained intense in Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea. More than 4,000 children in West Africa have been orphaned by the Ebola.

The UK charity Street Child has spoken to people in Kenema in Sierra Leone whose lives have been devastated by the disease.
