Ebola British nurse investigation: 'No stone unturned'

Save the Children in Sierra Leone says "no stone will be left unturned" as it investigates how a British nurse became infected with Ebola at its treatment centre.

Pauline Cafferkey remains critically ill at the Royal Free Hospital in London after her condition deteriorated over the weekend.
