Inactivity 'kills more people than obesity' study finds

A lack of exercise may be responsible for twice as many deaths as obesity, according to a major new research project by scientists at Cambridge University.

After a 12-year study of more than 300,000 people, they concluded that a brisk 20 minute walk each day can significantly reduce the risks of a premature death.
