Frustrations of an NHS brain surgeon
Henry Marsh has been an NHS neurosurgeon for 35 years. Next month he will retire from his senior role at the Atkinson Morley Wing of St George's Hospital in South London.
He leaves behind a health service that is very different from the one he joined.
Newsnight's Stuart Denman spent a day with him, gaining an insight into Mr Marsh's frustrations about the conditions in which he and his colleagues now work.
