Radical redesign of NHS begins in 29 areas

What has been called a radical redesign of the way health care is offered is beginning in 29 areas of England.

NHS patients in these areas, called 'vanguards', are being promised more integration between health and social care.

Some doctors say the plans will help make services more simple.
