Here, you can buy yourself a fake pair at most boutiques, pharmacies and even vending machines.

But, as more women get involved with the craze, so the Japanese health ministry is growing concerned about the rising number of eye infections caused by this beauty treatment, as Mariko Oi reports from Tokyo.
