WHO Ebola response 'too slow', say health experts

A report has strongly criticised the World Health Organization's (WHO) response to the Ebola outbreak in West Africa.

Health experts have accused WHO of failures, which it says enabled the virus to spread before a public health emergency was declared.

More than 11,000 people died from the virus in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone.

The World Health Organization has set out plans for reform.
