Treatments postponed as junior doctors' strike continues

Junior doctors across England are in the middle of a strike over pay for the first time in 40 years.

The industrial action is the latest stage of their dispute over the terms of their proposed new contract,

Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt described their 24-hour strike in England as "completely unnecessary". but the British Medical Association said it was important to send a strong message to the government
