Junior doctor: New contract not safe for patients

Junior doctors in England have gone on strike for the second time over pay and conditions.

Nearly 3,000 operations have been cancelled after the walkout, which began at 08:00 GMT.

Joe Barlow is a junior doctor at Scunthorpe General Hospital and says the new contract proposals are "not safe for patients".
