Scheme to tackle A&E violence introduced in Glasgow

Senior doctors in Glasgow say a new scheme within accident and emergency departments to tackle violence is one of the most important innovations of recent years.

The Navigator project, which tries to help patients escape from situations where violence is endemic, is said to be the first of its kind in Britain.
