A dementia patient with chest pain, a man with prostate cancer who feels faint, a feverish baby and an alcoholic who has hit his head... all patients attended to by one specialist paramedic in one day.

The BBC spent the day with Georgette, who has to be prepared to attend anybody, anywhere, in any given day.
