'Dramatic increase' in UK deaths linked to drug use

Home Secretary Amber Rudd has launched a new strategy to tackle illicit drug use after a "dramatic" increase in the number of deaths from drugs in England and Wales.

Harry Shapiro is the Director of Drugwise, an online drug information service. He told the BBC Radio 4's Today programme that "heroin and cocaine on the streets are at the highest purity levels".
