'Superager' Irene Obera, 84, is breaking records on the track

Irene Obera is one of a growing number of so-called 'superagers', who are living long, active and healthy lives.

They make up an ever-greater proportion of the global population.

In the UK, around one in three babies now born is expected to live at least to the age of 100.
