'I might die because of surgery delays due to Covid'

The record number of patients waiting for hospital treatment in England shows the "calamitous" impact of Covid 19 on the NHS, according to the Royal College of Surgeons.

Millions of people are on waiting lists for other, often crucial treatments, which have had to be delayed.
