'If someone is packing their bags what should they do?'

The government did a dramatic U-turn on the final Saturday before Christmas with a large swathe of the South East of England barred from social gatherings.

The BBC’s Laura Kuenssberg asked England's chief medical officer, Prof Chris Whitty, what he would tell people who were packing their bags to visit families.
