What do parents in Ferguson tell their children?

For the second week, a school district in Ferguson, Missouri has cancelled classes to keep students and parents secure.

In the meantime, free lunches are being handed out by the school district and a supervision programme is in place at the local library.

While parents struggle to keep their children entertained, they also have varying opinions on what and how much to tell their children about the events in recent days.

The BBC's Franz Strasser gathered a range of voices from the Ferguson-Florissant School District.
